After studying exercise science and working as a personal trainer for several years, I was called to expand my skills to include a more holistic approach to health and wellbeing. My time as a chiropractic assistant inspired me to study massage therapy. I have since graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts and specialize in a variety of massage techniques.
